Refund policy

At Kickback we never want you to leave unhappy. We work hard to make sure that every order is correct and sent out in a timely manner. Returns are accepted within 30 days from the time the order was placed as long as the products are unopened, and returned in the same re-sellable condition deemed by us. 

30 Day Return/Exchange Policy - If you are not satisfied with the products you purchased from drinkkickback.com, please return them for a refund of the purchase price. Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. All returned items must be in new unused condition and packaged/sealed in the original manufacturers' packaging. 

All products must be returned before a refund may be issued. After the return has been received, please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be issued. Damaged Products - If item(s) included in your order arrive damaged or defective, please contact us via the contact form and we will replace the product immediately. 

How to Return a Product: 1. Contact us- Use the contact page on our website to request your return. Please include your order number in the description box, and the reason for your return. 2. Returning the product(s)- If your request falls under the terms of our refund policy, you will be issued a shipping return shipping label. 3. Receiving your refund- Once the approved return has been shipped and received (in the same re-sellable condition it was sold), Please allow 3-5 days for the refund.
